Cecile is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. She offers counseling services to individuals, children, and adolescents. Her goal is to help her clients identify problem areas and explore, encourage, and assist clients with resolving these problems. Cecile's theoretical orientation lies largely within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, although she also pulls from a humanistic perspective and other necessary techniques and modalities when appropriate. She is also trained in EMDR therapy and has found it to be a highly effective and efficient approach to mental health counseling.
Cecile is married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
